Like you, I treasure our exciting and beautiful city. As a Palm Springs City Council Member and as a resident I have worked hard to preserve our rich heritage and culture while maintaining the charm of our neighborhoods. I have consistently endeavored to be the voice of the people on the City Council. Oftentimes I have been in the minority and sometimes I have been the lone voice for our neighborhoods, smart development, downtown businesses, budget expenditures and social issues.

My extensive financial, business and educational background enhanced by years of innovative organizational development and community activism has provided me with the solid foundation necessary to balance the needs of the city with the desires of our citizenry. I am proud of my accomplishments as a City Council Member. When re-elected, I pledge to continue to be your voice on the Council.

In my successful campaign for City Council I promised to bring the voice of our citizens back into government and build a city that is not only rich in heritage, but also prepared to meet the challenges of the future through a new vision. My leadership qualities, my gift for bringing people together and my financial and business acumen are tools I have utilized to help build the foundation for a positive relationship between our citizens and our city.

This is not a single issue campaign. Rather, the future health of our city and the well being of its citizens depend on a viable business sector, intelligent and thoughtful property development, fiscal accountability and an exciting blueprint for the future. I want to represent your views in all of these matters and believe I am uniquely qualified to do so.
